50 years ago today Atari was incorporated. I look back and marvel at how little we knew and the journey it would lead us.

On June 27th 1972, Nolan Bushnell and Ted Dabney incorporated Atari Inc in Sunnyvale, California. The rest is history.

Happy 50th birthday, Atari!

I'm in no hurry to install Windows 11 on my Pi 400. Although it sounds like if I start installing it now, it might be ready by October. Maybe I'll just live vicariously through the latest Explaining Computers video instead. youtube.com/watch?v=zGF_HaSdFy

This is a really useful, accessible mix of practical electronics, simple coding and the basic principles at play. Oh, and you end up with an oscilloscope for under a fiver :-) youtu.be/aJXPxTOMkoo

I have no idea where this image came from, but I couldn't resist sharing it.

Retro people, I'm looking to sell my fairly sizeable collection; original hardware, original games, peripherals. Is there a reputable dealer / shop who might be interested in it as a job lot? Some fairly rare things, full inventory available. Grateful for retweets.

I had one of these as my first stereo. Selling it to buy a Sony midi system is one of the biggest regrets I've ever had. Not because the Sony was bad, but because having an original Commodore 3-in-1 music system in 2022 just oozes retro nerd cred.

@CodingAndThings@twitter.com @hqqns@twitter.com If you're not dubbing on a Commodore branded hi-fi, are you REALLY dubbing? 😁

Well I Niva! A ute for sale, apparently one of 200 made for the Aussie market. Rare as the standard 2 door, can't say I've ever seen the ute.

Props to @vwestlife1@twitter.com for going to the trouble of testing the cassette tape and pencil relationship dynamic. Not only is this video informative, it's a fun watch as well. youtube.com/watch?v=vaSN4J3a_6
